Believe it or not, I started my business because I wanted a challenge. I was tired of living by the rules of the corporate world: I wanted to learn from more professionals, network with more inspiring humans, and work with more clients in all sorts of industries. Oh yeah, and the flexibility is pretty great too. However, I also know that running a business is a lot of work, and that it’s so important to collaborate with other talented professionals.
Something unique about my offerings is that almost everything I create for my clients can be built in Canva, a free online design program. This allows clients to be able to edit their projects in the future, empowering them to have control over their designs! You can learn more about Canva in the section below.

Canva is a popular and powerful design program, making good design tools and resources accessible for everyone!
When I first started my business back in 2017 Canva wasn’t really *a thing.* Clients would depend on me for all of their edits, and I was on the search for a design program that would make collaboration easier. Enter: Canva!
During the 2020 pandemic there was a surge in small-business owners adopting this online design program, but many people struggled to navigate it. I decided to launch my first Canva Coaching course to teach non-designers how to effectively use it for their business.
While I don’t currently offer the coaching course, I *do* offer 1-on-1 coaching sessions. In these hour-long sessions clients can use the time as they please, whether that’s feature demos, template creation, brand kit setup, color and font exploration, or tips and tricks!

I feel that “creative problem-solver” is the most accurate term for what I do.
We live in a fast-paced world where the way we share, interact with, and view design is constantly evolving. What worked last year may not work this year, and I honestly love it. I love a challenge, and my absolute favorite part of the job is hearing that my clients can breathe a little easier knowing that they have a visual brand that they are both proud of AND attracts their clients.
Being a graphic designer is a lot of fun, but it’s not the only thing I love. I’m also a hiker, bookworm, DnD and Star Wars nerd, gecko mom, giraffe-lover, and emo music fan.
